Aiming High offers a wide range of fun, inclusive activities and short breaks for children and young people under the age of 18 with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) in Stoke-on-Trent and their families.
No EHCP or diagnosis is required to take part.
The programme aims to:
Provide new experiences and build independence
Encourage social interaction with peers
Give families and carers valuable time to rest and recharge
From creative workshops to outdoor adventures, there's something for everyone.
Some activities are designed for young people to attend independently while others are also open to parents/carers and siblings.
Some Providers are able to offer additional staffing support and help with personal care and medication.
